NubiPaw shipping policy

Delivery times

We prepare your order within 1 to 3 business days. Once shipped, delivery takes approximately 7 to 15 days to Spain and the rest of the European Union. During peak periods (sales, Black Friday, Christmas) or due to carrier incidents it may take a few extra days; if so, we will let you know.

Shipping costs

The shipping cost to your country is always shown at checkout, before you pay. No hidden costs.

Tracking

When your order ships, we will email you the tracking number so you always know where it is.

Customs and taxes

For orders within the European Union, taxes are included in the price: you will not pay anything else on delivery.

Orders not received or damaged

If more than 20 days have passed since shipping and you haven't received your order, or if it arrives damaged, write to us from the contact page or reply to your confirmation email. We will send you a new one or refund you.

Delivery address

Check your address before paying. If you spot a mistake, write to us as soon as possible: if the order hasn't shipped yet, we can correct it.
