Orders and shipping

How long will my order take?
We prepare your order in 1 to 3 business days and delivery takes approximately 7 to 15 days to Spain and the rest of the European Union. We will email you the tracking number.

How much is shipping?
Shipping costs €3.95 in Spain and €4.95 in the rest of the European Union. In both cases it is FREE on orders from €45 (for example, with 2 pairs). For other countries, the cost is always shown before you pay. No hidden costs.

Will I pay customs?
No. For orders within the European Union, taxes are included in the price.

Sizes and use

How do I choose the size?
Measure your dog and check the size guide on the product page. If between two sizes, choose the larger one.

Will they fall off while walking?
With the right size, they stay securely in place during walks.

My dog walks funny with them, is that normal?
Yes. For the first few minutes dogs usually lift their paws. Put them on at home for a few minutes with treats and after a couple of walks they get used to them.

How do I clean them?
With water and a cloth or under the tap. Let them air dry.

Offers

How does the multi-buy discount work?
With 2 pairs, the second one is 10% off. With 3, the second is 10% off and the third 20% off. Applied automatically in the cart.

Exchanges and returns

Can I exchange the size or return them?
Yes. You have 14 days from receiving your order. Write to us from the Contact page and we will help you. See our returns policy for details.
