NubiPaw returns and refunds policy

You have 14 days to return it

If you are not satisfied, you can return your order within 14 calendar days of receiving it, without giving any reason.

Conditions

The product must be unused outdoors, clean and in its original packaging.

How to request a return

Write to us from the contact page or reply to your order confirmation email with your order number. We will reply with instructions and the return address.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the product arrives defective, damaged or is not what you ordered. In those cases we cover it.

Refund

Once we receive and check the product, we will refund you within 14 days using the same payment method you used.

Size exchanges

If you need a different size, write to us and we will help you with the exchange.
